The T-Shirt Grind Refund Policy

At The T-Shirt Grind, we are dedicated to delivering the utmost quality in our products and services. If you’ve received a damaged item, please reach out to us within 4 days of delivery to initiate a refund.

Please note:

• No refund is available unless the received item is damaged or did not arrive.
• Refunds when available (damaged or incorrectly supplied stock) will take up to 21 days.
• We require a picture of any damaged items before we can accept a return and process the refund.
• Do not throw away damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
• If you made an error ordering the incorrect item, please note no refund is available, exchange only.
• If you made an error ordering the incorrect item, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the incorrectly ordered item and the shipping costs of the correct item (we will only ship the correct item once we have received the incorrectly ordered item).
• All returned items must be unused.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will start the process of your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 21 days.
